Track rollers are extremely compact and particularly rigid roller bearings with an inner ring or integrated stud.
Their design and construction with a thick outer ring enables them to absorb high radial loads as well as axial loads in both directions.
Track rollers with a crowned outer ring can compensate for misalignments. The running surfaces of the outer ring have the maximum contact with the raceway and allow a greater load capacity.
Track rollers consist of hardened, precision-ground inner and outer ring raceways. They are available in single or double-row versions with tapered rolling elements based on single-row deep groove ball bearings or double-row angular contact ball bearings.
These bearing solutions are economic and ready to install, making for relatively easy assembly.
Track rollers are available with or without stud in a wide variety of versions for a broad spectrum of applications and many different operating conditions.
