Withdrawal Sleeves

Withdrawal sleeves are fixing elements for roller bearings.

Roller bearings with a spherical bore, such as spherical roller bearings, can be fastened to stepped cylindrical shafts by means of withdrawal sleeves.

The use of withdrawal sleeves requires the bearing to have a fixed axial support (shaft shoulder).

The withdrawal sleeves are slotted and are mounted (pressed) between the spherical inner ring of the bearing and the cylindrical seat of the shaft. The required radial clearance reduction is set and the withdrawal sleeve is subsequently locked with a locknut.

Withdrawal sleeves with larger diameters have a hydraulic connector for easier assembly.

Withdrawal sleeves are supplied without a locknut or locking washer.

Features

Withdrawal sleeves up to bore Ø 900 mm.
